We watch the filings. You get the report.

  1. We pull TABC filings every day

    Straight from the Texas Open Data Portal — original license applications, the moment they post. Pending applications, not press releases. Deduped by application ID so nothing repeats and nothing slips through.

  2. We enrich each lead

    Owner, trade name, street address, city, county, license type and filing date come from the filing. We add a phone and website where we can find them, and flag chain versus independent. When we cannot find something we say so — we do not fill the gap with a guess.

  3. You get one weekly county report

    One email, once a week, grouped by county, newest filings first. Readable on your phone in the parking lot before your first stop. No dashboard to log into, no seat to provision.

  4. We tell you when it goes live

    We keep watching every lead after the first report. When a pending application turns into an issued license, you get a follow-up alert. That is your cue that the doors are about to open.

FAQ

Fair questions.

Where does the data come from?

Texas TABC license filings published on the Texas Open Data Portal — the pending original license application dataset and the issued license dataset. Public record. We pull it every day, dedupe it, group it by county and enrich it.

Could I just pull that feed myself?

Yes. It is open data and we will tell you that to your face. What you would get is a statewide firehose with no county grouping, no phone numbers, no chain flags and no lifecycle tracking, and you would need to check it daily forever. We do that part and hand you one readable email a week. If you would rather build it, build it.

How fresh is a report?

We pull daily and send weekly, so a filing reaches you within days of appearing in the state feed. The state controls when a filing posts; we control how fast it gets from there to you.

What exactly is “enrichment”?

Phone number and website where we can find them, and a chain-versus-independent flag based on how many Texas locations the owning entity has on file. Fields we could not verify are marked as not found rather than filled in with a guess.

What does County-Exclusive actually lock?

One vendor per category per county. While you hold a county on the County-Exclusive tier, we will not sell that county's report to another distributor competing in your category. It does not lock the underlying public data — anyone can pull TABC filings — and it does not block a distributor in a different category. Email [email protected] to check whether a county is open.

Do you cover states outside Texas?

Not yet. PourIntel is Texas TABC only. We would rather be genuinely complete on one state than thin across fifty.

Is there a dashboard or an app?

No, and that is deliberate. The report is an email. Nobody on a route wants another login.

Can I cancel?

Any time, and it takes effect at the end of the billing period you already paid for. No cancellation call, no retention offer.

How many customers do you have?

We are pre-launch, so the honest answer is: not many, and we are not going to dress that up with a fake counter. Judge the sample report, not our traction.
